4. Orders

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address provided during checkout. This confirmation email does not constitute an invoice. Your invoice will be sent separately by email.
Buolea reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, incomplete payment, suspected fraud, or an unusually large order.

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason.
This right does not apply to products that have been opened or unsealed, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Buolea offers a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, available exclusively to customers who have completed the full 3-month program (three consecutive packages taken at the recommended dosage of 2 gummies per day without interruption).
This guarantee is separate from your statutory right of withdrawal.
To request a refund under this guarantee, please contact contact@buolea.com within 60 days of your order date, providing your order number.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after your request has been validated.
10. Intellectual Property
All content available on buolea.com (including text, images, logos, visual elements, and videos) is the exclusive property of Buolea and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of this content is strictly prohibited.
