1. Order Processing

All orders placed on buolea.com are processed and shipped within 48 business hours after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

USA/Canada: 4–6 business days
Europe & International destinations: 6–8 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary during periods of high demand, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@buolea.com, including your order number and, if possible, a photo of the damaged package.

We will investigate your request promptly and arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund, according to your preference.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order.

Buolea cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@buolea.com. We will do our best to update the address before the package is shipped, although we cannot guarantee changes once it has been handed over to the carrier.
